One provable store for everything you keep

Documents, photos, audio, video, spreadsheets — all in one store you run yourself. Search across every kind at once, by what's in it. Open any result to the exact moment it matched. And nothing can be quietly changed.

Stored smaller — and still alive

Your data goes in fully usable. We keep it usable — searchable, editable, provable — and it gets smaller, not bigger.

Compression isn't the goal — it's a byproduct. The point is that the data stays completely alive. So the only fair comparison is against other formats that are also fully read/write and queryable — never a zip or archive you'd have to unpack first. Measured on the real files in this demo.

Spreadsheets — 150 real open-data tables (21,629 rows). Every format below is fully read/write & queryable.
Kept fully usable asSizevs. the raw file
The raw spreadsheets6.6 MB
Validiti — searchable · editable · provable0.4 MB16× smaller
Parquet0.5 MB12× smaller
SQLite3.5 MB2× smaller

These particular tables are repetitive time-series, so the gap is wide; typical business tables land nearer . Either way Validiti stays the smallest while remaining the only one that's editable and provable in place.

Documents — 20 real books, kept fully searchable.
Kept fully usable asSizevs. the raw file
The raw documents10.5 MB
Validiti — searchable · editable · provable~5 MB2× smaller
A typical searchable database15.6 MB1.5× bigger

This is the honest headline: to make documents searchable, a normal database has to grow them (it stores the text and a separate search index). Validiti makes them searchable and smaller at the same time.

Photos, audio and video are kept byte-for-byte exact — already compressed by their own formats, so we never re-compress them. To make them searchable to the exact moment, we add only a tiny thread of findability:
▸  16 GB of film → searchable to the second for a few dozen KBfar less than one-thousandth of one percent.
▸  Photos & audio → kept byte-exact, searchable for about a quarter of one percent.
The bigger the file, the closer to free — a feature-length film becomes findable for the size of a short text message.
The takeaway: smaller is a side effect, not the pitch. The pitch is that it's still completely alive — you can search it, change it, and prove it, in place, without ever unpacking anything.

Find it · Prove it

Search the footage by what’s in it, open to the exact moment, and prove it was never altered.

Opened to the matched moment —
