General off-site storage for small business, professional practice, and civic use. The default level for customers who want certified operations without a specific regulatory overlay.
Layered on top of Standard. The operator additionally carries the regulatory certifications applicable to the customer's industry — HIPAA controls, SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS, FedRAMP moderate. Validiti certification confirms the substrate-side controls; the operator brings the regulatory framework.
Highest gate. For tribal nations, state-controlled facilities, defense-adjacent operators with CMMC / ITAR posture, and national entities operating sovereign infrastructure on dedicated hardware for a single principal.

Validiti certifies facilities that operate substrate-native off-site storage and service under the Blueprint. The path is: licensing discussion, technical Blueprint review, on-site inspection by a Validiti tech, signed certification at the level matching your operation. Re-inspection happens on a defined cadence to maintain certification.
